Requirements:
Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program., Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice., BLS and ACLS certification required upon hire; PALS or CCRN certification preferred., Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an ICU or critical care setting., Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed., Proficiency in using electronic health record systems., Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment., Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
